South Australian Makers Incorporated– a volunteer run, not for profit organisation that exists to provide opportunities for and to promote makers and making in South Australia.
A team of volunteers work for 6 months to bring the event together and we are joined by more volunteers on the day to help deliver the event.
All kinds of individuals, clubs and businesses. In 2015 and 2016 we had everything from hat makers to drones, traditional making such as tinsmithing and weaving to new technologies such as 3D printing and robots.
Some people ran hands on workshops – we’ve had sock monster making, coding, Ardunio programming and have a go at spinning wool.
